BY CHEQUE:

a)    Please make cheques payable to: City of Greater Sudbury

b)    On the memo line include the following: ‘OLDP Project’ or ‘Off-Leash Dog Park Project’

c)    Complete the Financial Pledge Form

d)    Mail Cheque with the completed Financial Pledge Form To:

NOTE: Once received the Committee will log your contact and donation information and submit the cheque to the City to issue the tax receipt.  To receive a taxable receipt, the minimum donation amount must be $10 or more.

BY CREDIT CARD (**VISA OR MASTERCARD ONLY**)

a)    Call the City of Greater Sudbury at: 3-1-1

b)    Ask for ‘Leisure Services’

c)    Inform the person that you would like to make a credit card donation to the ‘Off-Leash Dog Park Project’

d)    Provide them with the necessary contact and credit card information

e)    The City of Greater Sudbury will send you a receipt by mail.

 NOTE: To receive a taxable receipt, the minimum donation amount must be $10 or more. The only form of making a donation, other than cash or cheque is by Visa or MasterCard credit cards only.  No other credit cards are accepted.

IN PERSON (i.e. CASH)

a)    Present yourself at the ‘Leisure Services Department’

b)    Inform the person that you would like to make a cash donation to the ‘Off-Leash Dog Park Project’

c)    Provide them with the necessary information.

d)    The City of Greater Sudbury will provide you with a receipt of your cash donation.

NOTE: A taxable receipt will be issued by the City of Greater Sudbury for amounts of $10 or more.
